Returns depend on the type of defect. Please send us information and photos of the product issue first. Our team will evaluate and provide the next steps.
The return period is up to 5 days after receiving the item.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Size exchange requests must be made within 2 days after the product is received, with the tag still attached and the item unworn and unwashed (please include an unboxing video).
[IMPORTANT] Exchanges can only be made if the requested size is still available. We are unable to hold items for restock, exchange for a different color/model, or process returns/refunds.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos. We’ll assist you with the return and send a replacement if applicable.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped after approval.
